The Cotton Works is a dynamic 16-acre urban neighborhood in Wigan, Greater Manchester, blending historic Grade II listed mill architecture with modern development. As the largest brownfield site in the North West under single ownership, it offers a vibrant setting for a variety of events including conferences, brand activations, launches, and corporate occasions. The site features a 14,500 sqft food hall housing seven independent food traders, alongside new-build homes, a hotel, leisure spaces, and landscaped areas.
