Halloween in the City 2025 transformed Manchester city centre into a free, family-friendly Halloween festival. Visitors explored the MCR Monsters inflatable art trail by Filthy Luker alongside the Monster Party Procession by Walk the Plank, live entertainment, storytelling, themed activities, costume events and street performances across multiple city centre locations during the October half-term.
