Brothers Daniel and Joe Schofield celebrated five years of the UK's best cocktail bar in style, welcoming fourth generation Harry's Bar Paris owner Franz MacElhone for a special evening takeover. Founded in 1911 and widely regarded as the oldest cocktail bar in Europe, Harry's brought its signature drinks, traditions and century-old craft to Manchester for a night that felt genuinely historic.
