Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is the regional government body for Greater Manchester, led by Mayor Andy Burnham. It coordinates strategy and investment across the ten GM boroughs, covering transport, economy, housing, health, environment, culture, education, and more.
GMCA runs a significant public-facing events and communications programme — summits, strategy launches, public announcements, and partnership events — as well as major initiatives such as the £1bn Good Growth Fund, the Northern Powerhouse agenda, and night-time economy work.
