Deansgate neighbourhood bar and restaurant Motley launched a new smokehouse menu bringing a British take on authentic American BBQ to Manchester city centre. All dishes are seasoned in house and slow cooked over hickory wood, with standout plates including an eight hour smoked brisket, beef short rib with chimichurri and pork belly strip with a panko crust.
