The IEEE International Magnetics Conference returned to the UK for only the third time since 1963, welcoming researchers from around the world to Manchester Central for five days of cutting edge science. The programme covered the full spectrum of fundamental and applied magnetism, with Nobel Laureate Prof. Sir Kostya Novoselov delivering the plenary lecture.
