An Evening with James Martin welcomed 140 guests to James Martin Manchester, the chef's restaurant at Manchester235 inside the Great Northern Warehouse. Guests enjoyed a multi-course seasonal tasting menu featuring Thai crab risotto, Yorkshire poularde with Dublin Bay langoustine and a baked Alaska dessert created by pastry chef Josh, complemented by selected wines from James Martin's own vineyards.
