About this shoot
The 2025 World Steak Challenge took place at Smith & Wollensky in London, showcasing top international steak producers. The event honored a 32-day-aged Irish Angus striploin from Dawn Meats, sold at Lidl, as the World's Best Steak. Over 500 entries were judged in a blind tasting by 60 experts, with 304 medals awarded across global competitors.
