About this shoot
Over 350 figures from Greater Manchester's hospitality world gathered at New Century to celebrate the best of the region's food and drink scene. Michelin starred Skof took Restaurant of the Year, Stow claimed Newcomer, Matt Bennett of The Pearl was Chef of the Year and Pollen Bakery took Food Producer. Rustica's Outstanding Achievement award was perhaps the most warmly received of the night.
